We perform slow cooling using our own furnace to minimize distortion and carry out welding that prevents water leakage even under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions during mold use. We also provide extensive repair and maintenance for mold components through welding. 2. Processing of test pieces for development. We manufacture test pieces used in the development of major automobile manufacturers, including tensile tests and welding penetration tests. Shape measurement and surface roughness measurement are also possible. 3. We offer a wide range of machining services, including cutting, grinding, and hand polishing. Our cutting processes, such as milling and lathe work, accommodate everything from precision small parts to large heavy materials exceeding 100 kg. Grinding processes cover everything from flat grinding to internal and external cylindrical grinding.
